Welcome to Urban Lettering!!

Welcome to Urban Lettering! We are a company unlike many of the vinyl design stores out there. We specialize in custom orders. With the exception of a few of our promotional products, custom orders are all we do!! We provide a wide variety of fonts, color choices, quote ideas and a gallery full of photos to get your creative juices flowing, but for the most part, each of our products is created by one of our favourite designers... you!!

To get started, feel free to browse our galleries and look at past products we have helped to create. Then, email us at info@urbanlettering.com with a basic idea of what you are looking for. We will contact you within 24 hours, by email or phone, which ever is easiest for you.

Once we have finalized your design, a screen print of your project will be emailed to you for your final approval. Once everything is to your liking, the vinyl design will be cut and mailed within 2 business days.

**Some products, such as wall hangings and other assembled projects, may take longer.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can vinyl be applied to?
Vinyl can be applied to almost anything you can think of! We sell it applied to wood, glass, tile, metal and more. It can be applied to your front door, a car window, mirrors, canisters in your kitchen, directly to your wall and practically anything else.

Can vinyl be removed?
Vinyl can be removed. It won't pull off paint and it won't leave a sticky residue. However, it cannot be reused once it has been pulled off.

Do you accept custom orders?
We LOVE custom orders!! Be creative... vinyl can be used in so many ways to do so many things. If you have questions, email us at info@urbanlettering.com and we would be happy to assist you in your custom order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard (including debit cards with those logos) through PayPal. We also accept check or money order via mail, but please allow additional processing time if you choose to pay by check.

What if I don't like the way my vinyl order turns out?
Once your vinyl has been applied, it can not be returned. If you are unhappy with your order when it arrives to you, before you have applied it, please contact us at info@urbanlettering.com and we will do what we can to correct the problem. If necessary, you can ship the vinyl back to us for a refund, but you are responsible for shipping and handling costs.

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs will vary slightly depending on the size of your project and the type of packaging required to make sure it arrives to you in excellent condition. Usually, you can plan on about $5 for shipping and handling. The exception to this would be oversized projects. An exact amount will be emailed to you with your screen print showing your final design.

What information do you need for a custom order?
We need a few things: 1. What you want your project to say (or what you want a clip art of) 2. The font 3. The color of vinyl and 4. The size of the area that you are putting the project into. We can manipulate the vinyl to fit within the size specified. This is a lot easier than telling us what font size you want, because different fonts make a huge difference in size, depending on if it's a bold font, a scripty font, etc.

Help!! I'm addicted to vinyl and running out of ways to use it!!
Well we can't have that now can we!! If you are just itching to do a new vinyl project and running out of ideas we'd be more than happy to help you come up with something! Make a chore chart, apply vinyl to glass candle holders with your friends and family's names on them, order little vinyl cutouts in holiday shapes to use like stickers throughout your house. Vinyl can be made into car decals, it can be safely applied to your front door. Got a boring ceiling fan? Put a unique design on the blades! Stick it to your refrigerator, stick it to your kitchen cupboards, make Christmas decorations, personalized wedding gifts, party favors... you name it, we can help you figure out a way to use it!
